The Knights won there first section game against Mckeesport by a score 6-0. Freshman Marlee Fraser got the win for the Knights. She pitched a complete game shut out only giving up 3 hits and striking out 6. The Knights had 10 hits with Marlee Fraser and Lizzie Danik leading the way with two each.
