Girls Varsity and Middle Wrestling at Hickory Tournament

In their first ever event as a Varsity Girls Wrestling Team. Your Knoch Lady Knights entered 4 wrestlers at the Hickory High School Girls Tournament. Going a solid 4 for 4 with placements! With only 4 girls wrestling they were still able to secure 5th Place as a team! Makayla Pethtel earned a tournament championship 
at 155lbs, Braylee Ireland earned Silver 
at 124lbs, Carma Forty earned Silver at 136lbs, and Jillian Kind brought home a Bronze 
at 148lbs!

They also placed a perfect 3 for 3 with all of their girls earning medals as well, and with only 3 girls entered they too were still able to bring home 5th place as a team! Leila Crowe earned a tournament Championship at 125lbs, Kenna Watson earned Silver at 103lbs, and Kinsley Ireland earned Bronze at 135lbs!
