At Derry, Knoch over came a slow start getting down 21-12 after the 1st quarter. Using a 20-7 run in the 2nd, saw the Knights take a 32-28 lead into half. Knoch stretched the lead 41-33 in the 3rd only to see Derry battle back to 1, 3 different times throughout the 4th quarter. Behind Carson Kosecki 10 4th quarter points, Knoch was able to find a way to get out of Derry with the win. Getting there 1st section win of the year. Lead by Ryan Lang 25 and Carson Kosceki 14, Ziaran Finucan joined the starting line up and responded with 11. The Knight are now 3-1 since Christmas and looking forward to hosting Section opponent Keystone Oaks on Friday evening.
