On Saturday, Freshman Owen Layhew was the lone Knoch wrestler to place at WPIAL AA Eastern Sectional. He placed 5th in the 152lb bracket and advances on to compete in the WPIAL AA tournament this Friday and Saturday at Chartiers Valley HS.
On Sunday, Freshman Braylee Ireland won an individual championship at 118lb at The Western PA Girls Championships at North Allegheny High School.
