The Girls Basketball Team Celebrated Senior Night with a win over non-section opponent Mohawk 55-13.  The girls opened the game knocking down three straight 3 pointers to lead 9-0 and closed out the 1st quarter 13-5.  The team continued there pressure defense creating turnovers which lead to transition buckets the team opened up the lead to 30-8 by halftime. High scorers on the night included - Maddie Boyer who netted 13 points, Hattie McGraw knocked down (4 - three pointers) for 12 points, Karlee Buterbaugh chipped in with 10 points and Nina Shaw collected 10 points on the evening.  The team tied the school record for number of victories in a season with 18 - 2 overall and are 11-0 in section play.  The JV Team won their game in dramatic fashion when Mariah Petrosky hit a shot in the final 10 seconds to give the Knights a 32-30 lead as the team held on for their 10th straight victory of the season.  Both teams will finish their season on Thursday Fed. 10 at Freeport as the Knights lok to go undefeated in section play.  Before turning the the WPIAL Playoffs in the coming weeks.  Good Luck Knights!
