On Thursday, the Knights wrapped up the regular season with a 7-4 win over Penn Hills to finish the regular season at 11-8 and earn the #6 seed in the 12 team field for the WPIAL 4A baseball playoffs.

The Knights jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the 1st inning. DeLeonardis led things off with his first of 3 singles on the day, Eli Sutton walked, and Isaac Roddy was hit a pitch to load the bases. Jacob Stallsmith doubled on a line drive to right field to score DeLeonardis and Sutton, and Roddy scored on a fielder's choice by Logan Cypher.
Penn Hills took a 4-3 lead in the top of the third, and Knoch tied it back up in the bottom half after Stallsmith walked and moved to third on some heads up baserunning on a Cypher groundout. Stallsmith scored when Penn Hills committed an error on a Dathan Gillis grounder.
The Knights scored 2 more in the 4th on a Brady Wozniak single that scored Anthony Grafton and a sac fly to the wall in right by Roddy that scored Sutton. Grafton would plate another run in the 5th on a single to score Gillis.
