Knoch High School Sports Hall of Fame

KNOCH HIGH SCHOOL SPORTS HALL OF FAME

Established in 2015, the Knoch High School Sports Hall of Fame honors individuals who have made a significant contribution to Knoch sports through athletic excellence and/or exemplary leadership contribution in sports activity. Applicants must be at least 30 years of age for consideration. More information on the Knoch High School Sports Hall of Fame is available from the Athletic Office at Knoch High School. 

The current Hall of Fame Committee is made up of nine members – eight voting members and one advisory member.  The voting members include retired teachers Dave Bracco, Ken Elliott, Diane Geist and Jerry Sefton, current teachers Lisa Knappenberger and Mike King, and 1973 Knoch graduate Dave Bacon and Chairman Scott Briggs.  The non-voting advisory member is current athletic director Josh Shoop.

Class of 2015 - Scot Thompson, Jeff Dickson, Joyce Fennell, Jen Kopac, and the sister and son of Jim Simon.

 

Class of 2016 - Doug Clark, AJ Pagano, Regis Scheibel, Renee Lassinger, and Lisa Pfeiffer

 

Class of 2017 - Stan Crouch, Jim Mahan (son of inductee Dale Mahan), Hope McCorkle, Amy McCall-Mirialakis, Laurie Zendron Tresky, and Rob Voltz.

 

Class of 2018 - Tammy Kelley, Nick Reiser, Carla Wetzel Patarini, Todd Durand, and the KHS 1978 Varsity Football Team

 

Class of 2019  - Jean Heard, Chase Rowe, Mike King, Kevin Doyle, and Todd Tudor.

Class of 2021 - John Ivory, Larry Kunselman, Barb Lawson Yates, Kelly Meyers Coffield, Amanda Sharbaugh Spaeder, Mike Crouch, and Gary Bastin. 

 

Class of 2022 - Natalie Beilstein, Tom Ritchey, Zoe Hughes, Aaron Faulx, Russ Kroneberg, Don Griffin, Jay Griffin, Tom Hilliard. and Cheryl Polena. Tom Ritchey, Jay Griffin, and Tom Hilliard represented the 1968-69 Boys' Basketball Team.
