Girls Varsity TennisThe final match of the Knoch Girls' tennis season was a success as they defeated Burrell for their second sweep of the season. Alex Jones won in first singles with a score of 6-4, 0-6, 10-8. In second singles, Alana Moroney won with a score of 6-2, 6-0. Katie Barlow rounded out the singles wins with a score of 6-1, 6-1. First doubles consisting of Abby Markiewickz and Olivia Offstein won 6-1, 6-0. Second doubles consisting of Chloe Winters and Mackenzie Glassic won 10-10 (8-6). Great job to the girls on their final match of the season!

Scoring in regulation for the Knights was Will Parisi on a PK and Liam Avon with an assist from Austin Friedline. Kannon Trofimuk scored the game winner. The Knights play again on Thursday at Indiana.

Austin Friedline scored first off an assist by Aedan Smith. Liam Avon continued the scoring of an pass by Austin Friedline. Jacob Murdie scored the third goal off a corner taken by Will Parisi, Duncan Schilpp scored the fourth goal assisted by Jacob Murdie, and Evan Haas scored an unassisted goal off a free kick. After giving up a goal on a PK, Will Parisi scored a header off of a corner by Austin Friedline. The boy play at away at Mars next Tuesday.
